* (1) 275 ft3 (8m3) working capacity ploughshare mixer, 304 stainless steel, American Process Systems Model CPB-315, high intensity, 400hp (300kw), (6) 20hp (15kw) choppers, cooling jacket, batch size 3.5 tons
* (2) 127ft3 (3.6m3) working capacity conical screw blenders, Nauta type, 304 stainless steel, Jaygo model FF-350-M3, 25hp (18kw).
* (1) 3’ 18’ (1m x 5.5m) Carrier vibratory fluid bed dryer, Model QAD/C, equipped with air-to-air heat exchanger / exhaust gas recuperator, natural gas burner, capacity 4.5 t/h (wet basis: 40% inlet, 10% outlet moisture).
* (1) 5ft 35’ (1.5m x 10m) conditioner/accretion drum, 304 Stainless Steel, variable speed.
* (1) Wet Fines Mill, Series 30 Entoleter mill, model 833, 27” (675mm) diameter rotor (4800 rpm), 75 hp (55kw).
* (3) 60 inch (1500mm) Sweco screens, 2 deck, 304 Stainless Steel.
* (1) Packaging system, 9 t/h, 6 bags/min at 50lb (22.5kg) capacity. Stainless steel construction.
* (1) Sparge air delivery system consisting of supply fan by Sutorbilt, dehumidifier by Des Champs, and gas fired air pre-heater by Dayco, installed in 1999.
* (4) Storage silos, bolted type storage silos with pneumatic transfer system, (3) 300,000lb (135 ton), (1) 1 million lbs (450 ton).
